Is for television - it is found at Alexandra Palace, London N22, it is to celebrate the first regular television service. Alexandra Palace is located in one of the most beautiful parks with the most amazing views over the London sky line.
My passion:
My husband would say shopping!!!

I used to work as a tree surgeon where it was a very physical job in all weather conditions!

Sir Douglas Bader, Petersham Mews. My father used to play golf with him.

Where I previously worked horribly hard:
I always work horribly hard. My first encounter in the property world was working for Grosvenor Estates for both their property management team and lettings department, I then joined Ayrton Wylie in 2008.
What I think we are very good at:
Being open, approachable, down the line, good fun and discrete.
My special subject is:
I studied Criminology at University so this would have to be my specialist subject and something that remains a keen interest to me. Arguably, by virtue of repetitive consumption, wine could also be my specialist subject.
My favourite house in England:
Has to be my parent's house. But in London…the houses on Chester Square aren't too bad either.
My favourite blue plaque and why:
The Fleming's of course! Sir Alexander Fleming for his contribution to discovering penicillin and Ian Fleming whose Bond movies have got me through many a Father's day.
My passion:
New York vanilla cheesecake, cyclists that don't wear helmets, skiing, wine, laughing, surprises, live comedy, being inside when its raining, loud music, Christmas morning, cold side of the pillow, netball, dancing, mum's roast potatoes, travelling, ice cream, power ballads.

Knowing our market well, listening to our clients and meeting their expectations whilst providing a personal service.

I'm not sure yet as I'm waiting to win the lottery or marry an Eaton Square banker!
My favourite blue plaque and why:
Winston Churchill. He was such an iconic representation of Great Britain during his years as Prime Minister and also recognised as a historian, talented artist and writer, being awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature. We have in common that we were both rebellious at school and disliked maths!
My passion:
Skiing

Where I previously worked horribly hard:
Thorpe Park, in the summer of 1982, selling ice creams and refreshments from a rather hot and cramped van. Believe it or not this was the most glamorous of my various roles there that summer. The 'Two Ball Screwball' was the biggest selling ice cream purely as it provided much hilarity for all the girls when ordering!
What I think we are very good at:
Enjoying our work and not being afraid to tell clients something they might not want to hear.
My special subject is:
Currently it is cluster flies which are invading our home in Sussex!
My favourite house in England:
Anywhere with a Capability Brown designed garden. Imagine waking up each morning, opening the curtains and taking in the view!
My favourite blue plaque and why:
Spike Milligan's, as I can read his books again and again and they always make me chuckle.
My passion:
A good fictional crime book to make my commute seem shorter and skiing over New Year.

Where I previously worked horribly hard:
First job in Estate Agency in Bristol whilst also working in a pub in the evenings to supplement the income. Worked 8am to 1am, 6 days a week!
What I think we are very good at:
Discreet, knowledgeable know-how
My special subject is:
Cricket and Property. Both are in the blood
My favourite house in England:
The Old Post Office, Tintagel. (I had just proposed to my wife in 2008 on a windswept cliff top in April and this is the first house we came to after that. It looks like a ‘Middle Earth' house!)
My favourite blue plaque and why:
16 South Eaton Place (This house has 2 blue plaques. Philip Noel-Baker and Viscount Cecil. Both Nobel Peace Prize holders & both have excellent taste in houses!)
My passion:
Cricket / wine / long winter walks

Where I previously worked horribly hard:
I have had some such horrible jobs in my time I don't even want to mention them. Warminster didn't have the finest selection of jobs when I was 15/16 and earning money to go on holiday! Factories of various sorts were pretty glamorous though. Thanks mum and dad!
What I think we are very good at:
Having fun while managing to get the job done... then having A LOT more fun.
My special subject is:
Having just bought my first house, my specialist subject at present is 'how to make a house a home!!'
My favourite house in England:
Stourhead House and Gardens. More for the beautiful gardens, lake and the grotto where I used to walk when I was little.
My favourite blue plaque and why:
Van Gogh – Because he lived on the street parallel to my new house and was an incredible artist.
My passion:
Food and travelling (LOTS more to do!!) and food.
