Your property will be actively marketed on our website and those of Primelocation, Rightmove and Property Finder, and advertised in the trade publications (Belgravia Magazine, Property Review, London Property News).
By utilising our extensive database of national and international tenants, contacts within large city organisations and major relocation agencies, we aim to secure a tenant with the minimum amount of effort from you but with the maximum results. Personal and financial references are naturally obtained for all tenants and a subsequent tenancy agreement will be drawn up for you, along with inventories compiled by an independent company at the beginning and end of each tenancy.
