Acting as your agent, our expert local knowledge can reduce the stress by refining your search and preventing wasted journeys and unnecessary expenses.
We will negotiate on any suitable property on your behalf and seek to secure the most favourable price possible. We can also make arrangements for bank valuations and structural surveys to be conducted by fully qualified Chartered Surveyors. Finally, to ensure things happen when they’re supposed to, we'll liaise with both your and the seller's solicitors, keeping you informed throughout.
