On receipt of your instruction we will arrange for the production of a Home Information Pack (HIPS) if required by law. Your property will then be actively marketed in the forms of a bespoke brochure, inclusion on our website and those of Primelocation, Rightmove and Property Finder, and advertising in the leading broadsheets (The Sunday Times), lifestyle magazines (House and Garden, Tatler, Vogue) and trade publications (Belgravia Magazine, Property Review, London Property News).
