Letting your property
You can relax - our Lettings Team are terrific!. That's all you need to know really. They will meet with you (if you are still here) or conf call you at your convenience, talk you through the process and answer your questions, detail anything you need to carry out, market your property, utilise our database of national and international tenants, organise viewings, draw up tenancy agreements, arrange a pre-tenancy property clean and supervise handovers with a formalised check-in process. All the while keeping you in the loop but off the hook.
Our letting service covers
- Collect and forwarding rent in a timely manner with itemised statements
- Chase up any late rent payments
- Be sure that your property meets all legislation requirements
- Deposits held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
- Will deduct tax and forward to HMRC where applicable but more often than not provide advice on obtaining a tax exemption certificate

Once it's let
As part of our Property Management Service we offer 24/7 management. Tenants are given our emergency number and any remedial work will be quoted and sent to you for approval. We aim to reduce the stress of moving abroad by giving you peace of mind and ensuring your property and your tenants are well looked after.
